PAGO

Aceptamos los pagos con las tarjetas de crédito mas importantes como Visa, MasterCard, o American Express, también Paypal.

No podemos aceptar pagos con cheques.

Los productos se enviarán una vez hayamos recibido el pago, recibirá un correo confirmando la salida del paquete.

Todos los precios de nuestra tienda on line son en euros. El tipo de cambio aplicado en caso de pagar con otra moneda dependerá de su banco.

ENVÍOS

Una vez confirmado el pago procesaremos el pedido en 1-2 días laborales.

Una vez el pedido haya sido enviado recibirá un correo con la confirmación y el numero de seguimiento del envío.

 

Envios nacionales:  1-2 días laborales para ser procesado y 1-2 días laborales para ser enviado. 

Envios internacionales: 1-2 dias laborales para ser procesado y 10 -15 dias laborales para ser recibido. No nos hacemos responsables de los posibles gastos de aduanas o impuestos que este envio pueda ocasionar.   

Los pedidos se envían a la dirección exacta proporcionada por el comprador, no nos podemos hacer responsables de retrasos o problemas que puedan ocurrir debido a errores en este campo. 

DEVOLUCIONES.

Por supuesto es posible devolver cualquier artículo que no haya sido usado ni lavado durante los 15 días posteriores a la recepción del pedido.

Las devoluciones son gratuitas en España, y esperamos dentro de poco poder ampliar esta medida a todo el mundo.

Por favor, antes de cualquier devolución contáctenos escribiendo a hello@onatlas.es y le daremos las instrucciones para que la devolución sea lo mas fácil posible. 

La devolución se realizara de la misma manera en la que haya sido el pago del pedido y una vez que el paquete llegue a nuestras oficinas.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, and American Express or Paypal.

We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

The product will be on hold until we receive payment confirmation; you will be notified when your package has been dispatched.

All prices on our site are based in Euros. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.

SHIPPING

Upon payment confirmation, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive both an e-mail confirmation and a tracking number.

Please note that your payment must be cleared before we can process your order and additional shipping charges must be paid before shipping your order overnight/express. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.

We are not accountable for shipping delays due to weather conditions or extraordinary circumstances that escape our control.

If your order is sent back to us through the carrier, we will contact you, and ship the package back. You will be responsible for any additional charges.

National deliveries take up to 1-2 business days to be processed, and up to 1-2 business days to be delivered

International orders, take up to 1-2 business days to be processed, and up to 15-20 business days to be delivered. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are at the customer’s expense.

Please send us an email if your country doesn't show a shipment rate.

Please note that the delivery timeline provided above is an estimate and not a guaranteed.

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the customer. We are not held responsible for delays occurring due to shipping providers, incorrect shipping address, damages that occur during shipment.

 

RETURNS

You can return any item bought in our online store for 15 days after you received your order. It has to be unused and with the original labels and package.

Returns are free in Spain, and hopefully we can apply this worldwide very soon.

Please email hello@onatlas.es BEFORE returning the product, and we will give you the instructions in order to make it in the easiest way for you.

Refunds will be issued once the returned package arrives to our offices.

Any defective item will be exchanged at no shipping cost for the buyer.

Customers are responsible for all return charges, including shipping, duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.
